Refund & Return Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Due to high demand and/or sourcing logistics, shipping may take up to 30 business days from the date of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this shipping timeframe.
No Cancellations After Order Is Placed
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. All sales are considered final after checkout.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for orders that are:
- Still within the stated shipping timeframe
- In transit
- Delayed within the allowed processing/shipping window
Refunds will only be issued under the following condition:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
To request a refund for a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the damage.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to our policies. Filing a chargeback for reasons that violate our clearly stated terms (including shipping timeframes) will be disputed with all relevant evidence, including order details, timestamps, tracking information, and customer communications.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
